Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user ("User", "you" or "your"), and LG99 ("LG99", "we", "us" or "our"), in relation to your access to and use of the website located at https://lg99.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

LG99 is an English-language online gambling information and platform site built for Pakistani users. It covers cricket betting, sports wagering, live dealer casino, slots and related gaming categories. LG99 does not hold a gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial regulatory body. Users access the Platform on their own initiative and must independently verify whether doing so is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users based in Pakistan are advised to seek independent legal counsel if they are uncertain about the lawfulness of online gambling in their circumstances. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any related provincial legislation may apply to your use of this Platform.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Account" — the individual user account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" — the aggregate of real-money and bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time, displayed in PKR where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits credited to an Account under a Promotion, subject to Wagering Requirements and other bonus-specific conditions.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process, requiring the submission of identity, age and address documentation to satisfy the Platform's anti-money laundering and fraud-prevention obligations.
• "PKR" / "Rs" — Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which account balances, deposit and withdrawal amounts may be displayed on the Platform.
• "Platform" — the LG99 website at https://lg99.cam and all associated sub-pages, services and features.
• "Promotion" — any bonus, free bet, free spin, cashback offer or other promotional incentive made available by the Platform from time to time.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" — deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion controls available within the User's account dashboard.
• "Services" — all gambling, betting, casino, live dealer, slots, esports and instant-game services accessible via the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" — the total value of qualifying bets a User must place before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.

By accessing the Platform — whether by registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or simply browsing its content — you acknowledge that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.
2. You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 4.
3. You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or where access to the Platform would constitute a breach of applicable law.
4. You agree to be legally bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gambling policy, and any Promotion-specific terms that apply to any bonus or offer you accept.
5. You understand that LG99 does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan.

Acceptance is recorded at the point of registration and reaffirmed each time you log in to your Account. If LG99 amends these Terms, your continued use of the Platform after the amendment date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to the Platform is strictly reserved for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction, to register an Account or use the Services. LG99 implements age-verification controls and may request documentary evidence of age (such as a valid CNIC or passport) at any stage. Any Account registered by a person below the applicable minimum age will be closed immediately and any balance forfeit, subject to applicable law.

Each User is permitted to hold a maximum of one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, LG99 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any winnings and withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.

You must provide truthful, current and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your Account. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC or passport), date of birth, residential address and email address. LG99 reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts where registration information is found to be false, incomplete or misleading.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. LG99 does not represent that the Platform is available or legally accessible to users in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited access the Platform at their own risk and must comply with all applicable local laws.

To register an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform, provide the required personal information, choose a secure password and confirm your agreement to these Terms. Your Account is activated upon successful completion of the registration process.

LG99 is required to conduct identity and age verification (KYC) to satisfy anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud-prevention obligations. You may be required to submit the following documents at registration, prior to withdrawal or at any time upon request:

• A valid, unexpired government-issued identity document — specifically a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport.
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement, dated within three months).
• A selfie or liveness-check image as directed by the verification flow.
• Source of funds documentation where required for significant transactions.

All documents submitted for KYC must be genuine, unaltered and clearly legible. Under no circumstances should you submit falsified, altered, cropped or otherwise manipulated documents. Doing so constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities. Documents must be uploaded exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal — never via unsecured messaging applications or email.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. LG99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. Report any suspected unauthorised access to support immediately.

Deposits may be made using payment methods available in the cashier section at the time of transaction. Available methods may include, subject to current operator availability: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT where supported) and debit/credit cards. Payment method availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice. The inclusion of payment provider names herein is for contextual reference only and does not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation with any such provider, nor that those providers support or endorse gambling transactions.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the operator and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. All deposit amounts are shown in PKR where applicable.

Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method you have previously used to deposit, subject to platform policy. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed in the cashier, which are illustrative and may vary based on payment method, volume and KYC status.

LG99 reserves the right to delay, withhold or decline withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation or compliance review. Any outstanding balance subject to investigation will be resolved in accordance with applicable policy and law.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published in the cashier section. As illustrative examples: a minimum deposit may be set at PKR 1,000 and a minimum withdrawal at PKR 2,000 — actual figures are determined by the operator and may change. Always check the cashier for current limits.

Account balances, bets, bonuses and withdrawal amounts are displayed in PKR where the Platform supports PKR display. Where transactions are processed in a different base currency, the applicable conversion rate is determined by the operator and disclosed in the cashier.

All Promotions offered by LG99 are subject to these general conditions as well as any Promotion-specific terms published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Promotion-specific terms, the Promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that Promotion.

All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, qualifying games and minimum deposit amount are stated in the Promotion terms. As an illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus at a 25x Wagering Requirement obliges the User to place PKR 125,000 in qualifying bets before any bonus-derived winnings are withdrawable. These figures are illustrative only.

While a Promotion is active on your Account, a maximum single bet or stake limit applies. Placing bets that exceed this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings forfeited. The applicable maximum bet limit is stated in the Promotion terms.

Not all games contribute equally towards Wagering Requirements. The contribution rate for each game type is set out in the Promotion terms. As a general illustration: slots may contribute 100%, whilst live dealer table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Users must check the applicable contribution table before selecting games to wager with bonus funds.

Bonus Funds that are not wagered through the applicable Wagering Requirement within the specified time window will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. Expiry periods are stated in the Promotion terms and are typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of bonus credit.

A sticky (non-cashable) bonus cannot itself be withdrawn — only winnings generated from it may be cashed out, subject to Wagering Requirements and cash-out caps. A non-sticky bonus is deducted from the Account balance on withdrawal; any remaining real-money balance is withdrawable. The nature of each Promotion (sticky or non-sticky) is stated in the Promotion terms.

Certain Promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings generated using Bonus Funds. Winnings above this cap are forfeited. The applicable cap is stated in the Promotion terms. As an illustrative example only: a maximum cash-out of PKR 25,000 may apply to a specific welcome offer.

LG99 reserves the right to void any Promotion, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or close an Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting bonus terms through low-variance or risk-free wagering patterns, use of multiple accounts, or any other manipulation of Platform incentives. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at LG99's sole discretion.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to these Terms and any game-specific or sport-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform. In cases of dispute, LG99's records of transactions and bet settlements shall be conclusive.

Cricket betting markets — including PSL (Pakistan Super League) fixtures, ICC tournament matches and Pakistan national team internationals — are offered for sporting reference purposes only. LG99 has no affiliation, partnership or commercial relationship with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the PSL, the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any participating team. Market availability is subject to the sportsbook's current offering and may change without notice.

Live and in-play markets are subject to rapid odds movements. Bets placed during live events may be subject to delays or acceptance refusals at the Platform's discretion. Users should be aware that broadcast stream delays can create discrepancies between perceived and actual match states. LG99 accepts no liability for bets placed based on inaccurate or delayed information.

In the event of a match cancellation, abandonment or void event declaration, bets on affected markets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. Where an event is abandoned without a result being established, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned to the Account. Specific settlement rules apply to each sport and market type.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or incorrect odds display arising from a manifest error, LG99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to User Accounts. LG99 is not liable for losses arising from reliance on erroneously displayed odds or settlement figures.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on the Platform:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Submitting falsified, altered or otherwise manipulated identity documents;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation of manifest errors;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other activity intended to conceal the source or ownership of funds;
• Collusion with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, using VPN, proxy or other circumvention tools;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or otherwise extract Platform content, software or data without authorisation;
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes harassment, abuse or threats directed at Platform staff or other users.

Breach of any of the above constitutes a material violation of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, prohibition from re-registration and, where legally required, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, user interface elements, software code and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of LG99 or its licensed content providers. Such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of LG99.

The LG99 brand name, logo and associated marks are trademarks of LG99. Their use without written permission is prohibited. Nothing in these Terms grants any right to use LG99's trademarks, trade names or other identifying marks.

LG99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and recognises that gambling can cause harm to some individuals. The following responsible gambling measures are available to all registered users:

LG99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

LG99's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

LG99's collection, processing and storage of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. You should read the Privacy Policy carefully — it describes what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to that data.

Personal data submitted during registration or KYC — including CNIC details, passport information, address data and financial transaction records — is processed solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, AML compliance and fraud prevention. Such data is not sold to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

LG99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material, LG99 will notify registered users by email or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this document as "Last Updated".

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. LG99 recommends checking this page each time you access the Platform if you are concerned about policy changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LG99 is incorporated and licensed to operate, which shall be specified by the operator. Where no specific jurisdiction is stated, any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's place of incorporation.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that local laws — including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any provincial legislation relating to gambling or online services — may apply to their use of the Platform, independently of the governing law of these Terms. LG99 does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific territory.
